Kale - soup

Nutritious soup with of kale instead of antibiotics.



Kale has very strong health benefits, in some countries it is even called the "king of vegetables".
One cup of kale satisfies the daily dose of vitamin C, A and C, manganese and copper. Kale also contains the B vitamins, calcium, potassium, ,roughage, beta carotene, chlorophyll and 45 unique flavonoids, among others, zeaxanthin and lutein essential for vision and sulforaphane powerful antioxidant with proven anti-cancer properties.
George Mateljan recommends nourishing soup with of kale, which immediately puts on his feet even in severe flu, strengthens and warms organism, adds energy, strengthens the immune system, provides easily absorbet nutrients, protects against cancer, prevents inflammation in the joints, protects against diseases heart, stroke, prevent blood clots and has many other health-promoting features.

Simply food treatment means health food on the plate.

Ingredients:
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic
1 liter of broth personally cooked
1 medium carrot
½ medium possibly celery. 2 stalks celery
2 red potatoes
3 cups chopped of kale without stalks
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoons dried sage
Salt and pepper to taste






Chop the onion and garlic and set aside for 5 minutes for a better extraction of active ingredients.






Heat in a saucepan 1 tablespoon broth, add chopped onion, stirring vigorously approx. 5 minutes then add the garlic and simmer for another minute.
Meanwhile cook kale steamed for about max. 3-4 minutes to maintain the properties.




Pour bouillon, chopped celery and carrots and cook approx. 5 minutes.
To a bouillon add diced potatoes,

...as are soft add dried thyme and sage. Remove from the heat, after a few minutes as the soup is not boiling add the kale, pepper and salt to taste.
Cover with a lid and after a few minutes can be given the best of green parsley.





Bouillon can be prepared the same vegetables or with pea (a way cooking soon).
